These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and any bookings, enquiries, or services provided by Intu Afrika Kalahari Game Reserve, a hospitality and tourism operator based in Namibia. By accessing this website or making use of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Rates quoted are subject to change without prior notice unless confirmed in writing. A booking is only considered confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued.
Intu Afrika Kalahari Game Reserve at all times reserves the full right of admission and accepts no liability for any loss or damage that may result from the legal and reasonable exercising of such rights.
Payments may be required in advance, either in full or as a deposit, depending on the booking terms communicated at the time of reservation. All prices are quoted in N$ dollars unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of booking, seasonality, and services reserved. Specific cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking and will take precedence over this general policy. Full cancellation fees will be charged 30 days or less prior to arrival.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with the agreed cancellation terms.
Guests are responsible for ensuring that they comply with all passport, visa, vaccination, and health requirements applicable to travel to Namibia. Intu Afrika Kalahari Game Reserve accepts no responsibility for travel disruptions arising from failure to meet these requirements.
While every effort is made to ensure guest safety and satisfaction, Intu Afrika Kalahari Game Reserve, the owners or any of its employees shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, illness, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, wildlife encounters, government actions, or third-party service providers.
Intu Afrika Kalahari Game Reserve shall not be held liable for any loss of or damage to any valuables or property belonging to guests. It is the sole responsibility of any guest to make arrangements for adequate insurance coverage on all valuable items including, but limited to; photographic equipment, laptops, all electronic devices, jewellery, cash and vehicles.
Participation in activities offered by Intu Afrika Kalahari Game Reserve is undertaken at the guest’s own risk. Supervision of children is the sole responsibility of their caregivers.
